Just found this site and the WFA site. My mother use to tell me stories about there being a lot of info on our family, but, until my wife joined ancestry.com we had no idea. My grandmother is the late Doris Aileen Nash (Knight), a daughter of William 'Art' Nash and Dorothy May Goodpasture . She passed away on June 18th, 2009.

| Wow! Great website and wonderful materials. I am a direct descendant of Stephen Pettis (CPT War of 1812). So very nice to see his grave is so well cared for. My thanks to Anonymous for posting the sad news about the death of dear little Elsa. It is a painful chapter in our Nash family history. Elsa's mother, Melissa Nash is my niece by marriage and of the heart.
How do you cope or understand the death of a beautiful five year old girl like Elsa? I don't know if it is even possible. She will be so missed by all of those who knew and loved her the best.
My heart hurts. |
